to be honest, I am getting sick and tired of food that is on my menu but I don't like it

the problem?

what I do like, is cookies, candy and chocolate- so not really proper meals at all. the food on my menu are things like sausages, fish, chicken, pizza, and I don't like any of that stuff.. I mean it's got to the stage where I'm just going off food.

perhaps it's the way it's prepared, I've never claimed to be good in the kitchen but I don't know. maybe I am just bored of eating

Weight Watchers says, if an apple doesnt sound good to you, then you arent "really" hungry, and to wait to eat until an apple does sound good.

What you describe happens a lot to me too.

I use that apple thing too sometimes and then I end up not eating all day for some reason. Idk. Maybe I just don't like apples.

An abundance of cookies, candies and chocolates can/will cause health probs eventually, so maybe focus on health benefits too: bring in beneficial stuff like fruit and veggies. Lovely healthy veggies and fruit salads. Yum yum.

Hi there,

I also am not a big fan of fruit. It sounds to me like you just have a taste for sweet stuff.
Me too. How about you try a sweet meal like a pancake or rice pudding, with or without sugar, instead?
Also, in my experience, you like eating what you know, so sometimes getting used to eating something will make you develop a taste for it.
