I ate a 550 calorie grilled chicken Subway wrap at 9:45 and my stomach really hurts but I've kept it down. The last time I ate was at 1:30AM when I ate a 3oz 420 calorie bag of Bugels. Then at 6 I was throwing up for an hour involuntairly.

Are either of these, the wrap or the Bugels considered a binge?

Do you mean in order to diagnose "binge/purge disorder?"

I googled it. Bulimia is definied as binge/purge, otherwise it's "just" purging disorder. Which, given your previous diagnoses, such as ulcers and your kinky intestine and gallstones(?), may not describe the whole situation. With all the processed food and caffeinated, carbonated drink you pile and pour into your tender overmedicated tummy, i think you invented Munchausens by Junk Food!

Honestly I wonder if its that gasterpasries or whatever where food doesn't digest properly or too slowly. Which is why large chunks of undigest food comes up hours after I've eaten anything.

I think the min is 2000 calories in one sitting frantically feeling out of control to be an official binge. Most bingers I know (myself included) easily do more like 5,000-10,000 though.
