Has anyone else purged to celebrate something? Usually I am tempted more when I feel bad stress, but getting my car back is very good, happy stress, yet I went and popped a few pills to "celebrate" and rush everything through my system, and am still contemplating eating whatever I want for dinner and throwing it up! What's wrong with this?!

Yes, Ive done that. Maybe you could journal about your happy feelings and investigate if you feel comfortable being happy or having good things happen to you.

How about celebrating by eating something you really like, but in small amounts that won't tempt you to get them out of your system?

McDonalds has ice cream samples ( for free! ) they are so little that hpefully is enough to be a treat, and small enough to not feel the need to get it out as soon as possible.

Just FOOD FOR THOUGHT
