Today I made dinner for myself and I went upstairs and my mom asked me what I was eating and I told her and she was like so that's your dinner? and I was like yeah and she was like okay, just so I know you ate.
And whenever I don't eat dinner my dad always makes something for me. So I think my parents know and I don't know what I'm supposed to do about this.

Eventually, it will be good to open up to your mom...
My mom still doesn't really know...Although she suspects.

If you have a serious problem, you need to get help. Your parents are only doing what parents do, love you.

If I didn't want to get help I wouldn't be here.

I think you might be right. I think getting help is important, and being open about the issues you are having. I feel no shame for the issues I have had. I needed my families love and support, I think you might be surprised at how helpful some people can be. I do hope you talk about this. Trying to go it alone is just to hard. good luck!
