Hi everyone,
I'm a new member to this website, I have been bulimic for exactly a year now and its getting to the point where I'm changing and becoming more and more exhausted. I am going to seek help now as I'm worried my condition will only get worse. I'm just wondering if any of you who are recovering have any tips to help you get through this sickness?? How do you beat the urges to throw up, and what do you do to make yourself feel better?
thanks a lot
best wishes to you all
