This is ridiculous...I have struggled with anorexia and bulimia since I was a teen. Not too long ago I finished a 23 month long diet ( I lost 40 lbs). When I hit my ideal body weight, I declared myself officially off of the diet. It has been several months now and I am still doing some major calorie restricting--most days I eat 500-900 calories. I have to do this just to maintain my weight. I talked with my pdoc about it and he thinks it might be the abilify I take. This just sucks--I know this can't be healthy for me and I want to eat a little more. I am hungry most of the day. I hate this....if I eat more I am going to gain the weight back. The worse part is the occasional binge....I am hungry so much that sometimes I give in and eat a ton of calories all at once. I want to be off this diet! I am hungry!

Hi DepressMe...this is probably a stupid question but i don't claim to be no Einstein...have you tried foods that you don't need much of to feel full? I find jacket potatoes good for that...and pasta and rice.

*hugs* This is ridiculous...

I'll have to find out what a jacket potato is...I do rice and try to do low carb pasta and low carb bread to fill me up a little.
