uhh i wish i didnt care what i ate.
breakfast: half a pancake
lunch: small bag of goldfish
dinner: bowl of tortellini.

ehh i felt ok till dinner but now i feel gross.

well today i feel ok. i stil havent been eating.
im considering whether to tell my best friend today about it, but i think she will get worried and tell everyone and i definitely dont want that.

yea im considering telling her. uhhh i just weighed myself ive lost two more pounds. im at 115 now.
today ive only ate half a brownie. i cant bring myself to eat anything

Brownies are tasty... not so good about the nutritious factor though. What about taking a multivitamin, and a drink like Gatorade? At least that's semi healthy. If you cant tell her directly, maybe writing a note?

yea they are good. well i drank gatorade today cuz i had basketball practice. today ive eaten an english muffin, and a bag of goldfish. thats it. yea i might try it. i was ready to tell her yesterday but then she fell asleep and i lost my courage to do it.
