ive been having these weird twiches for about acouple of years now. and i worry so much about thethe one i cant get rid of is i usually biting the inside of my lips, it gets pretty bad and i do it until it bleeds sometimes. im usually pulling out eylashes and eyebrows. my binging and purging has stayed the same i usually do it about 3 to 4 times a day. can these two issue be related? input is appreciated

Many people with eating disordes may also tend to self injure. I did both. They were a viscious cycle for me but I have been in recovery from my eating disorder (anorexia) for 1 yr now and haven't sekf injured in 8 weeks. So there is hope.

roughly 1 in 100 people have some form of this. It's called an impulse control disorder. Specifically Trichotillomania.

If you don't realize you are doing it, then Habit Reversal Training should be pretty effective for you. If you have a pdoc talk to them about it.
