Bulimia is the most powerful and painful thing ive ever encountered.

being an athlete, having that pudge is just not acceptable. being a health major, eating anything thats not completely good for you is a huge no no to me.

eating leads to eating too much, which leads to a bigger stomache, which leads to really really depressing thoughts of worthlessness..
which leads to a puke session. everytime.

and so it goes on.... and so it goes on

I'm sorry you're struggling at the moment. Have you consulted with a sports therapist, or a nutritionist, to find some foods you can try to consume to keep you in shape for athletics, but that won't harm you? Do you have a counsellor or someone to talk to IRL?

Be safe.
