my tummy hurts... so bad...
did sleep eating last night... grrrrrrrrrrrrr.. happens when I am very, very upset about life.... acid reflux... is really bad... the meds don't touch it.. |

I'm sorry to hear your AR is causing you so much pain.
I know how it feels not to sleep, only because i have anxiety up the ying yang. And i dont have health insurance right now, so to talk to anyone or try meds for it will be too expensive. Hope everything starts getting better soon. |

Boo to acid reflux.  Can you talk to your doctor and get a prescription strength acid-reflux medication? That might help things a bit. Feel better.
