I am flipping out. The tension on my step machine broke and now I can't use it until the part comes and my husband can fix it. I can't eat if I can't exercise. This is bad.

Yes, you can eat. What about some other sort of exercise? Going for a walk or a run? Swimming? Please do eat.

do you have a dog? take him/her for walks exercise
it's nice outside (at least where i am) so you'll get a nice tan too if you are outside.. have you ever tried tennis, or other recreational things? i find it alot easier to push myself harder when im doing something other than just sitting on a stationary machine.

best of luck, thinking of you
