I've gained 5 lbs (total of 8 since my weight started creeping back up again)!!! =( when did this happen?? OK ok -cutting out the fats and carbs i know i've been eating too much of because i've been lazy and didn't want to cook.
Goals: to be non-lazy, to eat more veggies and fruits, to cut out chocolate (since I'm allergic anyway =( )...uh.... to walk *cringe* .... yeah.

Instead of going for a walk, what about swimming? Usually easier to do. Just a thought.

I did go for a walk yesterday and today... oh and we had to walk a ways on the 4th to see the fireworks (a fairly steep hill) so that counts.... I had... 1/2 chocolate bar yesterday and only 1/4th today and no soy icecreams since the 4th (course i ate the whole pint, so there was no more to eat). I think i had a non-gluten cookie sometime this weekend but I can't remember if that was before or after my new pact.
I had veggies for dinner yesterday and will again tonight... so that's a bit better.
Man i'm craving chocolate today.

If you don't like walking, then can you listen to music during walks? I enjoy them much more while I'm listening to music. Or if I'm with my dog. Maybe you could offer to walk people's dogs, I'm not sure if your cats would go on a leash. :-) That, however can be tricky if you work.

Veggies and fruits are worth eating! They balance your stomach out and the bloat gets better. (Or so I've heard... been eating bread and such for 10 days, stupid vacation)

Another idea for chocolate craving: eat fruits and vegs first, then have a little chocolate so maybe you won't want to eat that much.

I don't know if it works though, for myself it seems that I have a different stomach for the "good stuff" and a different one for the "bad stuff".

Long post sorry... Got a little carried away maybe. Hope you're ok. =(
