I cut out the cashew butter and the kamut pasta and started eating much more varied meals like my MD asked me too. And i am back down to 132 (which means I lost 6 lbs) and this makes me very happy. It is hard for me to stick with cooking food when I'd rather just eat 3 spoonfulls of cashew butter and call it a meal... but i like the results i am seeing. So, this is my encouragement to stick with it.
hope everyone struggling can find some well needed peace of mind and body.

Yep! So i'm making veggie stir fry (sometimes with mango) and eating apricots and plums... and um... i had an egg with "toast" today. So only one piece of fake toast a day, often with avocado on it. And often nitrate-free turkey slices with some mayo for lunch and more fruit.
Still eating chocolate, but ya can't win them all i guess. I should probably go to the store and get more turkey slices - but I really don't feel like it. And if I do, i'm not sure i can avoid the tempation of soy icecream (the only GOOD kind - Purely Decadent) on this 83 degree day. Mayhaps i'll just have fruit for lunch.... dinner is already made, so that is easy.
