I don't know why but lately i can't stop eating. then i feel fat and i have to starve myself until i loose the weight. I'm not happy until i'm at a perfect 7stone weight [and even then i'm not entirely happy]. i keep putting on then losing weight.

Will this feeling ever go away!

The stuffing/starving cycle is only perpetuated by not getting proper nutrients. I advise that you work with an RD (not a nutritionist- they have less education than a dietitian) to come up with a proper meal plan (around 1900-2000 calories). The longer you can stick to portioning out the exact amount of food, and start to learn intuitive eating (am I full? am I hungry?), the more your mind and body will start to heal. This will hopefully lead to a shift in chemistry, and your body will take itself out of that evil starvation/diet mode.

I hope this has helped. I know it's a struggle everyday, and sheesh, it may feel impossible to start a meal plan. But I'm rooting for you!
Thanks for this!
