It has been determined.. that with a sugar addiction... that I need to take the following steps... I have detoxed from sugar several times... and been sugar free.. that is not the anwser.. as.. I have found out recently...
I have built "receptors"... that have a great need for sugar.. so.. I need to build a "diet"... based on several small meals a day.. that are balanced.. "glycemically".... similiar to a diabetic.. however I am not.. I will be working with a dietcian... and continuing work with a substance abuse physician... in my quest to... get this ED under control.. |

I am bleeding right now.... from.. my itestinal track..
have contacted specialesy... have antibodtics for the infection.. and med.. to calm things doen.. very, very sick. |
