My problem is that i eat to much and i turn to food to be my friend and when i am upset or angry that is what i do. but sometimes i may not even eat. and yes it is wrong but what can you do when you feel this way all you want is to get away from things that upset you so you turn to food. so i understand.

yep. I don't eat correctly either, no matter how much I try, my brain can't function getting a list, menues, shopping, putting food away, and gathering them and cooiking.. so I end up usually with one "meal" a day from a restaurant, divided.
Did you see where Kirstie Allie , the spokewoman for a weight loss center, says she WILL lose the weight before her tv show begins... and she said she uses LOTS of laxatives???? Wonder if Jenny Craig knew this? Not the way to go.

oh I am doing the same thing. My thoughts are to be good to myself at the moment, as things are so bad for me. I let myself have comfy foods.
I know that when the problems get better, I will give them up again. I can return to my former self. Hope this helps you some. Colors |
