Right to the point.
In the past 2-3 weeks I find I am constantly buying things I have rarely eaten or liked; Chips, crackers, dips, cookies etc. I have so much stuff here, I have no where to put it in my small apartment, and all I do is eat eat eat! At times I eat to the point that I get sick. I even eat when I am not hungry. Being overweight runs rampant in my family and seems to have always affected everyone but me (except my sister who stays strung out on drugs). Is this how an eating disorder starts? Please help me, I am running out of space! |

hi there,
yes this is how an eating disorder starts. Have you thought about the emotions that underlie why you're binge eating? Usually we're trying to stuff emotions down when we binge eat. What's going on for you right now? Love and Hugs, Tara |

Over the years when things have gotten to be "to much" I would just turn it off I have never wanted to eat strange foods. After I sent the post I got to thinking that maybe my body is lacking a vitamin or something. Could this be possible? |
