I think I have a problem....
Okay so I am five foot zero and I weigh 122.95 pounds and I'm seriously uncomfortable with it. i am trying to loose about 30 pounds. I try so hard to get diet plans and exercise plans and stick to them but I have a hard time doing that and a lot of the time I end up just starving myself instead. People say that's a bad thing but I feel so great after I've done a lot of sit ups and not eaten anything all day. I have an obsession with food. I have to know all the fat and calorie content of everything I put into my mouth. I hate eating junk food or basically just food in general. It just makes me so nervous and I just don't like being around food. So is this becoming a problem?? Sincerely, CountryMusicGurl |
