iam diabetic suspect after knowing that iam not run my test besides iam eating like a pig i ate all sugars and then i ended up in the bat room and crying how stupid iam
i never post anything in this foru coz it so embarased for me to admit i have ed

I've been eating emotionally, this time, for about a year now. I started attending the on-line chat, once a week. It seems to help. Seems to be connected to anxiety, rumination, hypervigilence based on stress which triggered the PTSD. Shoot, thought I had that in hand.
