Heya All,
Things are not going as well as was planned for me recovery-wise. My eating has taken a turn for the worse, meaning (for me) that I play "food games" and eat less in general. I didn't think that my family noticed this because for a long time they didn't say anything. Well, I guess they did notice. Yet again, my family is going to set up a "family meeting" with my therapist, so I fear that I am going to be in trouble ![]() ![]() Bjork |

Well....they are worrying cuz they love you. And they must have noticed the change in your eating. They don't want you to be under a healthy weight range....cuz they love you.
Why would your dad want you to quit your job? Is it stressful? Does stress kick off the eating changes? I think you were in a treatment program before, right? Are you able to utilize any of that work to try get back "on the wagon"? I know you are nervous, but I'm so glad you have family around who care so much and want to help now, before you go too far in that unhealthy direction, ya know? It's so much harder to get out of a down cycle if you let it go on too long. And good luck with your meeting!!! Hugs! Emmy |
