You need to go see your doctor, he/she can help you. I have been there, and at times I am still there. I weighed 80 lbs a few years ago, fit into a kids size 16, only a few short years ago. I ended up drinking ensure, and the breakfast drinks, and then really found I would eat to drown the taste of the shakes.

I want you to know that the body is amazing. But you have to start to take care of it. I have osteo. My spine is that of a 100 year olds and my hips like 99 anyway after 2 years on forteo they are now like 70 ish. What I'm trying to say to you is this. I've been bad. Really bad and I'm not proud of it. I almost died. Like come to the light died. So yes your body can heal and your doctor won't judge you especially if you come in seriously wanting help. It's scary but I can tell you one thing. It will get worse. So will the sadness, until there is less and less of you. That's what ed likes. Less and less of us. Just big ed heads. What a waste of life. Good luck to you hold your head high for. Wanting help some people never get there.

The body renews itself every seven years Champ.
As long as we eat as healthy as possible and stop all the un natural excessive methods of weight control I believe the body can repair the damage.

Try not to focus on whats been done. Just in arresting anything your doing now.
