First I'm sorry my English isn't good.
I'm Asian girl , 20 years old.
I lost weigh from 93 Pounds
Now I'm weigh 82.2 pounds and height 5'2.
I've count calories and low carb for 3 months.
I don't have menses for 3 months.
I eat 3 meals for a day.Sometime I don't eat dinner.
but now I eat carbohydrate such as whole wheat & bread only at breakfast.
After 6.00 pm I don't eat anything except water.
I do exercise 5 days for a week.

I still feel a little bit fat.
I very hate my legs. I think it's too big and ugly.
I have my big face & cheek.
Sometimes I use to stimulant laxatives pill when I eat a lot (more than 1000 kcal but under 1500)
And I feel very bad when I eat dessert.

I want to be skinny body. I don't wanna be fat.
I want my body look like Posh Spice.
I want to have great fashion & style like Nicole Richie.
I'm very happy when people told me very tiny and skinny.
But when I'm alone I usually sad.
Because I must to control what I eat and I don't eat anything I like.

I'm so confuse. Am I anorexia or normal diet ??
Because I still eat.

Hi (((((((((((Girlish)))))))))))) Welcome

Your English is really good actually!

I'm guessing that since you came here - you think you might be anorexic? Do you have a doctor you can talk to? I think that at that weight/height that you've got some unhealthy eating habits (at the very least), but only a doctor can diagnose you.

I don't think you're fat. I also think you need to talk to a doctor about this. Or someone you're close to? Keep posting here, we will listen.

Well, if you go strictly by numbers, to meet diagnostic criteria for anorexia you have to be at least 15% below your ideal body weight.
At 5'2, your ideal/healthy body weight is approximately 110 pounds.
15% below that is approx 93 pounds - that is anorexic for your height.

Your current weight being 82 - means you are 25% below your healthy body weight.

So yes, I would say you are anorexic.

Numbers aside, it sounds like you have a distorted body image and a fear of being fat. Even though you are still eating some, you are not eating enough to maintain a healthy weight. Most women burn at least 1200 cal a day just for the bodies to function, and then if you add in exercise you are burning a lot more.

Have you talked to anyone about this? It would probably be wise to talk to someone supportive in your family, your doctor, or a counseler. I've heard that the longer you struggle with this, the hard it is to recover because the behaviors become so ingrained and addictive. It is best to get help early.
Good luck to you, and take care, Girlish.
Thanks for this!

You are not eating a normal diet. Especially because when you eat enough for your body height, you get rid of it with laxatives.

I don't think it is possible for you to be fat given your height and weight.

PLEASE, go to your doctor about this.
good luck
