I haven't exercised since summer...I hate exercising! I dance and clean the house and that's about it.
I own an elliptical and a rower, but I only last about ten minutes. It hurts my legs I have all the resources. I have equipment, a track, and several parks in my area. When I feel inspired I'll start exercising, but after a week or two I give up. And it's been some lovely weather. I have no excuse not to. I eat healthy enough, but I can't stand exercising. How can I keep exercising without tiring or feeling like not wanting to do it? |

Here's a link to a thread with almost the same title that I posted some months back. I still haven't done any significant exercise since posting that thread but have a renewed and positive attitude. If only it was cooler though, I just hate sweating!

Thanks, this is really helpful.
I love the outdoors and I'm in a backpacking/camping club, but I am always the last person in the group. I love the scenery but I am slow. I also don't have a buddy to exercise with. My parents have each other, but there's no one except myself to get me motivated and have someone to talk to. Because you're right...music gets boring. I listen to music 24/7 so it doesn't do much to me on a walk. |
