Hi everyone.
![]() I have a question that's been burning on my mind. Lately I've been looking in the mirror and realizing that I've gained too much weight and it's gone over the healthy range. Granted, just barely, but still over the healthy range. However, I am really concerned because las time I went on a diet I got so used to the feeling of always being hungry and loving the feeling of losing weight that I got to the point where I was only eating nine-hundred calories a day and exercising about three hours a day. . . from what I understand that's a form of anorexia. My problem is that once I get started on a weight loss or work out plan I tend to slowly go from normal, to excessive. But, I need to lose the weight. Are there any tips that y'all can give me to help me lose the weight without triggering my anorexia disorder? Thank you. ![]() |

The only surefire way to make sure you don't trigger anorexia is to ask someone to help you. It may seem like a daunting task, but it's really that simple. With someone to help you, they'll be able to tell you when to stop or when to work harder or whatever.
