YES! oooo, the joys of womanhood and weightloss. The scale hasn't changed, which I'm glad about, but my perception in the mirror has!!

I need to get moving!! I feel as though I'm looking too soft & frumpy. Today, I wanted to go buy a smaller size of pants, or a flirty skirt. Perhaps I'll postpone that till I can really revel in the experience of fitting into my new size. I've been working steadily since October 23rd and have had great results. The 27lbs I've lost has been through a new way of looking at food intake; mostly what I take in and the portion size!

I wish I were motivated to bump up the movement aspect a notch or two. Reading about others' doing it is a help, I must say. I need to find a beginners' way to get started so I can accomplish my goal of finding something of a challange and sticking with it.

I want to eventually kick-box, martial arts, or the like. I'm not into team sports cause I lack in extended energy right now. Suggestions on how to get started would be appreciated.

I had a Everlast bag, but my squweemish back posed a threat. I need something with a minimal amount of impact to build up, first.

Frumpy days stink!

Oh, everyday is a frumpy day for me. I can truly identify. As to getting moving, I'm still struggling with that too. I need to hold myself accountable.

I too can relate to the "frumps"; lately this has been so true. If there are changes, they are so slow to happen and it is hard to see a difference. I lose motivation as well. Let alone if things stall out. Accountability is so true as well and I have to trust that to keep going will help in the long run, even if not seeing it now.
