YES!
![]() ![]() I need to get moving!! I feel as though I'm looking too soft & frumpy. Today, I wanted to go buy a smaller size of pants, or a flirty skirt. ![]() ![]() I wish I were motivated to bump up the movement aspect a notch or two. Reading about others' doing it is a help, I must say. ![]() I want to eventually kick-box, martial arts, or the like. I'm not into team sports cause I lack in extended energy right now. Suggestions on how to get started would be appreciated. I had a Everlast bag, but my squweemish back posed a threat. I need something with a minimal amount of impact to build up, first. Frumpy days stink! |

Oh, everyday is a frumpy day for me. I can truly identify. As to getting moving, I'm still struggling with that too. I need to hold myself accountable.

I too can relate to the "frumps"; lately this has been so true. If there are changes, they are so slow to happen and it is hard to see a difference. I lose motivation as well. Let alone if things stall out. Accountability is so true as well and I have to trust that to keep going will help in the long run, even if not seeing it now.
