i've basically tried (almost) all sports since i was young
ballet, tennis, volleyball, wrestling (1 yr in HS), soccer, tumbling/cheer, karate, etc.
soccer and tumbling were recent, but i got bored of them. karate was my favorite (in middle school), but i stopped going for some reason (i don't remember).
i recently went through a really crappy "mixed state" and i wanted to find a positive outlet since going to the gym just didn't cut it for me. i've been looking into starting martial arts again and went yesterday for my first day (of MMA) and i love it!
i am very and i mean very sore, but i still love it!! i can't remember the last time i was this sore and was happy about it..
