I had to stop working out due to chest pain. Found out I have some form of arthritis. Im on meds now and the pain is bearable. Its been about a year since my last workout and I've been bummed out. I gained 20 pounds. Yesterday was my first day back. I did bi-ceps, calves, and shoulders. It was a very light 15 min workout. I woke up sore. I love it. Today I did a some squats with no weight. Very light though. I also did a different part of my shoulders, and some walking/jogging in place. I feel great. I think Im back. I drank a protein shake and Im going to do a grilled chicken breast salad.....Peace,
