So I started weight watchers today. I used the website to calculate how many points I can have and came to 35. I had 33 today and it came to 1,330 calories. Seems pretty low, is that normal? Like is it ok that I only eat that much, because I read that 35 points was 1,900 calories but I guess that was a rough estimate. By the way I'm 5'2" and 285 lb female, that's where I got 35 points daily.

general rule for WW is one point = 50 calories. if you pick up an item in the store, divide the calories by 50 to get the general points. this varies of course with fat and other nutrition in the item but it's a quick way to figure out if it's worth purchasing.
congrats on your weight loss.
