I started a diet and working out a few weeks ago. I've lost about a pound a week. My wife wanted to start the P90X program. Have any of you tried it? Essentially it looks like a nutrition plan and a intense exercise Regine packed into one. My goal is to love 50 pounds over the course of the year. Maybe this program a bit much, but it has received good reviews.

I have heard of it and I've heard it works well. Although it requires room to move around and you have to have access to barbells. It can really shred you though.

I got the same type of intense program....Insanity with Shawn T. It was really intense and not great for my little second floor apartment, with the jumping and stuff. My suggestion, go for it?!!! Maybe u can get an inexpensive used package of DVDs on eBay.
