I started exercising last week with a personal trainer. Well, I do the exercising and he gives me the routines!

Anyhow, I am doing at least 45 min of cardio 5-6 days a week, and legs one day, arms the other, and rotate on and off. Anyhow, I feel good. I feel like I'm getting into a routine and I'm actually proud of myself. Anyhow, I'm smaller to begin with, so I don't anticipati'll lose a ton. I just want my clothes to fit best and to feel good about myself again. Just wanted to share my good vibes.

Excellent...I work with a trainer (not 5 or 6 days a week), and it has been beneficial. Thanks for sharing the good vibes.
Thanks for this!
