I've lost 3 stones and still have about another 100lbs to go, and just suddenly all this loose skin has appeared on my thighs - I mean its really wrinkled. I'm kind of freaking out about it and I don't understand it because most of my weight needs to come off my tummy, so I don't understand why my thighs have suddenly shrunk. The thing is that because it looks unsightly, I have stopped exercising and stopped thinking about calorie counting although I'm still eating less overall.
I realise that it might be crazy to stop, but I've just kind of 'frozen' - I think its fear and also I feel angry that this is happening to my body. Does anyone have any words of wisdom or experience to help a person come to terms with this? |

Congrats on the weight loss so far! That is fantastic
![]() Skin is an organ as you probably know. It will take some time to shrink. It probably won't be tight unless you are a teenager, but you can certainly help this process by keeping your skin moisturized. It will look & feel smoother. Don't give up on yourself! You are doing great! ![]()

I am going thru the same thing. I told my hubby that I will need a complete body lift if I ever get this weight off. My tummy is still there too. they say it is the last thing to go.
