"Coordination" is pretty inherited, there's a lot on the inbuilt stuff we need:

But using a trait or skill well requires a lot of practice too. Yes, I might "get" how to do a complicated move quicker than you do but actually doing it really well would require practice by me so it became second nature to me as a whole.
