So I created the ideal eating plan for my goal and my ideal exercise plan for my goal. Then I created mini goals for each for the rest of July and all August. Well, guess I'll see how it goes for the next few weeks. Hopefully, I can lose about 8ish pounds by the end of August.

Yes, good for you. I find having a good plan and setting goals helps a lot.
