First time in 12 days due to surgery.

Oh, Thank God!!!! It's been eating at me like I don't know what.

Gonna be a nice, LONGGGGGGGGGG one, too!

If you live near Detroit, see ya on the road about 3 AM.

BTW, I did have one little bike-related pleasure during my down time - I found a really good deal on a full-supsension mt. bike, so I added #7 to the collection. Kinda cool, because that was the last major type I didn't have, full suspension. I MIGHT someday consider a dedicated Tri bike, but only if I can do it and stick with it. Until then, I'm content with the add-on aerobars on my road bike.

well, I did do a couple of really short 3-4 mile roundtrips to Krogers, but i don't consider anything under 10-15 miles a ride. Now 60 plus, that is a ride.

Downtime is for wimps and weaklings.

OK, yeah, true confession time. I took a couple of great naps and had some longer nights of sleep. It was incredibly awesome.
