My bp is up so I've decided to cut back what I eat. I know it's against the rules to have numbers on the ED forum, but I'm not sure about here.
Anyways I've cut a lot out of my diet. I'll eat any fresh veggie or fruit I want. And I've also allowed myself to have brown rice, cereal, pasta, pasta sauce ,100-calorie yogurt and sometimes peanut butter. That's it. I eat the same five things everyday. Can this be dangerous. |

I suggest that you see a qualified dietitian. They are evidence-based health professionals who work with their clients about food issues (what you are eating looks low in protein to me).
A dietitian will be able to review your diet with you and (depending) suggest changes to it which will best meet your nutritional needs.
