Two interesting developments in FitnessQuest2015 (it might as well have a name, my quest for health is like an entity unto itself).

1) I am ROCKING IT in training - I had no clue that I could actually be a good runner once I got the whole physical/mental breathing thing dealt with. Bottom line, I can do this, and I'm seeing stamina improve by leaps and bounds.

And;

2) I had not one, but two trainers call me out - one for not trying hard enough, the other for being a drama queen (well, I guess drama king is better, but I've not heard that phrase). And they were both absolutely right - I DO need to push harder at things I don't like to do, without execuses, and I need to suck it up and get off the "poor me, I've been through such a hard time in life, I just need extra TLC".

Bottom line, they are BOTH RIGHT, and when 2 people tell you the same thing in about 3-4 days, it's time to heed the message.

Because the truly tough guys don't ***** about it, they just do it, and they don't let anything stop them. It's the posers and wanna-be's who ***** and moan and pretend to do the hard work. And I don't want to be that.
