Started a new diet 3 days in , feel surprisingly good and motivated. Refocusing everything that I can to put my pain anger and resentment into positive motion with exercising. No alcohol allowed on the new diet so I have no choice but to not drink. Only downside is I'm barely sleeping.

Thanks for this!

Everyday I say I'm starting and everyday I don't. Good for for you, keep it up.
