I'm starting fresh and attempting to begin eating healthier. I really need to lose weight. This will be my check in thread for my diet and exercise posts.

I will weigh myself when I wake up tomorrow and start from there.

Doing well today, had a piece of cake but it was just one piece instead of like 3 like I normally eat

That's the hard part. I have really good days and then I start telling myself it's okay to cheat. However, my determination is stronger than it has ever been.
