Has anyone out there found success in a plan like 21 day fix or Nutrisystem? Looking to start a plan myself.

Things like the 21 day fix are good for the time being if you use it as a launching pad into a new healthy lifestyle. Try not to do a diet that has an "ending point," so to speak. A diet should be a continuous thing for the rest of your life! It's a lifestyle- not a diet! I think Weight Watchers actually is a great system, it seems to work for a lot of people I know. Try some different things and see what works for you. But remember- diet is 50% of the fight! Don't forget to get your exercise in.
