Since May 22 I have lost 16.5 pounds. I'm just eating super healthy and with one serving of junk food per day. I've also reduced my last psych med which I believe accounts for the extra 3/4 of a pound over 2 per week that I am losing. Hopefully, the weight loss will slow a bit once my body adjusts to being off the med as tonight is my first night off it.
My x-PCP is gonna see me when I've lost over 1/2 of the weight I need to lose. I wanna see his jaw hit the floor. He's always been such a jerk about my weight even knowing I've been on meds that cause weight gain. So, when I get where I wanna be to shock the hell out of him...I will. It'll be a while but it WILL happen.
I'm determined to get down to a healthy weight for the first time in a long time.

Fasting for at least 4 days. Nothing but water with lemon in it. Woot! Woot!

Honestly I think eating some healthy food is better for overall health than fasting anyway.

you can lose 15-20 pounds over two months, which is normal. If you want to continuously lose, you can be still following your current diets.

It takes time to lose weight, and losing too fast isn't good either, just keep doing what you are doing and I'm sure you'll be fine.
