I'm trying to get back into losing weight. I'm sick of being big, it's time to really focus myself again. Plus next summer my brother's getting married, and I've already seen the dresses his fiancee picked out for the girls in the wedding party. No way can I make one of those look good right now

I've always found the best way for me to lose weight is by tracking my calorie. I've used Spark People in the past, but I prefer using apps on my phone to actual websites, and I really am not a fan of their app. What do others use for this purpose? Anyone using an app who wants to be friends and support each other?

The weight watchers app is pretty good but its not free - its considered "doing weight watchers online". There is a forum like on pc, they are very supportive, very active.

I was thinking about that, I've enjoyed weight watchers. The fee is my only concern, I'm not entirely financially stable, and I'm not sure I will always be able to afford it.

My Fitness Pal has a pretty good app for tracking these kinds of things, and they also have an online forum. I use cronometer because it tracks nutrients and gives me a good idea of what I'm getting/lacking from my diet.
Thanks for this!
