This is it, I will do it this time! Come next summer, nobody will recognize me! Starting weight: 153 lbs

Breakfast - boiled egg
Lunch - fried egg
Dinner - venison, cucumber slices

The first day is almost done. I did good. I also gave up coffee & pop today so I am a little jittery and have a headache from caffeine withdrawal.

Well I made it past the first day! On to day 2!

Breakfast - boiled egg, 1/2 slice of bacon
Lunch - boiled egg, 1/2 slice of bacon
Dinner - fried egg over 1/2 avocado

Little grumpy today, miss my coffee.

Breakfast - boiled egg, 1/2 slice of bacon, 1/2 wheat free, grain free biscuit

Lunch - fried egg over 1/2 avocado, 1/2 slice of bacon

Dinner - scrambled eggs, bacon, fried diced sweet potatoes

Drinks - water w/lemon all day
