The first day is almost done. I did good. I also gave up coffee & pop today so I am a little jittery and have a headache from caffeine withdrawal.

Well I made it past the first day! On to day 2!
Breakfast - boiled egg, 1/2 slice of bacon Lunch - boiled egg, 1/2 slice of bacon Dinner - fried egg over 1/2 avocado |
