Hi! Coco and Prefab, I'm glad to see you guys here. You guys sound like you're doing pretty well. Good going! Coco, I hope you feel better soon. I have been slacking on exercise the past few days. Eating healthy has been going well though. I've done some extra walking to and from my apartment complex to the management office, parked far away at the store, took the stairs at the Dr's. Etc.

Easy day yesterday but got in a couple of walks, the weather has been much better this weekend.
Run out today with a friend, 10k and no stopping. Happy with that. |

Drizzly night tonight but not so cold thankfully, got to my running group and had a good session!
Hope you are all doing okay and Starry think taking the stairs etc is a good way to build activity into a busy day. Well done on your 35 mins! |

I went to the gym today. Had to drag myself, at first, but I decided to just WALK. Just walk on the treadmill, 30 min. It felt manageable and I'm glad I did.

MFP calories 1,181. Apple Watch steps 6,961. Water intake 33.8. I stayed under my daily limit even though I ate out at a restaurant. I worked out on the treadmill for thirty minutes.
Starrysky you did good! I had to motivate myself to go to the gym as well. __________________ #SpoonieStrong Spoons are a visual representation used as a unit of measure to quantify how much energy individuals with disabilities and chronic illnesses have throughout a given day. 1). Thanks Coco! You sound like you did well yesterday! Eating out at a restaurant can be hard to keep calories under, so good for you!
I have been kind of bad today. I've been eating all wrong and I haven't exercised. Yet. I kind of feel like, I have not really been enjoying my binge / sloth-like behavior either. Been stressing about job stuff so maybe that had an affect on my eating and behavior. I'm going to go make some tea and be a little more mindful & healthy now. Have a good day! |

It rained here yesterday, Coco. Today was super warm for here. I think we broke some kind of record. |

We all have days where we slip up Starry, good for you for identifying it and choosing a healthier option - hope your warm spell continues.
I ate too much candy at the cinema today, but that was not usual for me, had a steady 5k run tonight. |

Had two short runs for buses today, a short cycle ride to and from volunteering, and then a session with my running group.
Happy with that (needed head space today as lots on my mind, exercise helped with that). |

I went to the gym today.
I asked my mom if she has a pedometer so I can count my steps. She might have one so I won't have to buy one. If she doesn't, I will get one next month when I get paid. |

Pedometers/step counters sound like a good way to motivate Starry, think you can get them from all different price ranges depending on features.
I had an easy day today but a nice brisk walk on the coast with my husband which was bracing and fun. |

And yeah, I read that the goal should be 10,000 steps a day. I'm reading a book called Eat, Move, Sleep by Tom Rath and he talks about that. I find it inspiring to read books on health and wellness. |
