I took a class years ago, but it was getting costly so I switched to at home. I feel better for being home and not needing to rearrange my life where motherhood is concerned.

At my gym, they had a motivational sign up today. It said: "On good days, work out. On bad days, work out harder." Hell to the yeah.

I did a stress relieving routine last night that was in addition to the morning routine. I had my morning routine today. And the dvd that I had held off on ordering for years arrived today. I'm going to check it out and pick something from it before bed.

I did my Thursday 15 minute fat burner routine which was abs focused, this morning. And just did a digestive system focused yoga routine.
These will squeeze in just fine once the back to school and work routines come back.

I really admire your persistence. Or rather, dedication.

I started using Strava May 19th to track my paddling (mostly SUP, some kayaking). Since then, I have paddled 140 miles.

I made it to the Saturday morning workout. I can see why with the past couple of days why my making sure I squeeze a little something into mornings is important. The past two evenings have been a different style of busy. I at least have had morning workouts. Quick, intense enough and mentally keeps me feeling at ease.

Sunday Daily Exercise
Monday Daily Exercise

And I'm starting to notice slight changes. I tend to avoid scales or calorie counting. My muscles feel more reenergized.

Went to yoga class today. It was hard today, and I also felt my blood pressure was low. I didn't drink enough water this morning. I went easy and did some modifications.

I plan to go back to the gym later today. I think it's good for me. I learned I may have PMDD, and exercise seems to help that, as well.

MFP calories 840 total. Apple Watch steps 2,611
My calories are really low. Right now I’m having some health problems and will have to start
a gluten free lifestyle per my primary doctor. I had a colonoscopy and the results were not good. I have not looked into gluten free foods or went shopping. I’ve mostly been eating potato soup from Panera Bread. Walmart Market in my area sales it prepackaged. You actually get a better deal than if you bought it at Panera. The size is bigger and cheaper yet it taste the exact same. For breakfast I was bad and ate sausage Jimmy Dean is my favorite and I had been craving it so I bought it. It upset my stomach so bad! Last week I ate at Jimmy John’s just a turkey sandwich. Afterwards I became sick. Then I went to Panera Bread and had a turkey sandwich with broccoli cheddar soup. I took my daughter shoe shopping afterwards. I had to sit in a chair while she looked at shoes my stomach was hurting so bad. I’m on a crap load of meds for my stomach and I’ll need to schedule follow-up appointments to have it checked again after I finish the meds. Well that’s what’s been going on with me.

Today I did not have much too eat. Just what I ate was high in calories.
I went to Starbucks and had a slice of banana nut bread. Then for dinner
I went to Schlotzsky’s and ate a turkey sandwich. There sandwich seems to
agree with my stomach.
