I did not have breakfast today my stomach was upset. My lunch I was starving. I had Evolve Paleo Blackened Chicken Salad it was pretty spicy but good.
For dinner I had Evolve Paleo Meatloaf with vegetables. The meatloaf was not bad I did not care for the veggies.
I walked my dog throughout the day. We walked by the lake.

Long story short, my almost 13yo son had asked what he could do for self defense(bully issue), so I told him of a taekwondo location in our community. And we went together to a relatively small class, last night. Planning to go again, next week. I've never had the pleasure of practicing martial arts before. My fist was slightly sore this morning from punching the padded target. Landed all knuckles on one. Daily Exercise
Tonight, I did a yoga core workout, at home.

I went to a yoga class at the gym yesterday morning and it. was. awesome. I felt SO good afterward. I think the key for me is modifications and not trying to keep up with the rest while also pushing myself a little. I also really liked the teacher's style.

Thank you, knitchick!

I hear you about modifications. It's important to build up to various stretches and not overdo and cause injury.

I had a day of rest. Work was a bit stiffening yesterday on my feet. Well, I'm not fully giving myself credit for some of the taikwondo movements that are suggested for home, so not entirely a day of rest, but felt it because a repetition of knee raised kick out by itself isn't quite the same in my mind as a full routine of either/or.

I also sat some more with a little fun video of taekwondo with my son as he was pretty hung up on what is meant about "commitment". There was a self defense move that caught both of our attention that yes, commitment to such confidence.
