Well I weighed myself I did not lose any weight but I also did not gain any weight. I go back to the gastro doc tomorrow. If I get good news this time and start feeling back. Then I’m going to start trying to go to my complex gym while my daughter is at school. Right now I’m having more problems with medical and allergies. My allergies had me down for a few hours this morning. Well I’m going to go walk my dog.

Yesterday walked 40-50 minutes total and did upper body with small hand weights and upper body exercises . This was great for me as usually walk and need to increase strength training and core exercise.

I exercised at the gym today on the treadmill for 30 minutes. It was pretty light, only walked 1.5 miles. But it's something. My goal is either as much as I can, or 3-4 times a week.

Good for you, BB And wow! 90 jumping jacks with weights daily? My knees couldn't take that, but I think that's wonderful. I hope you like it.

That's really good! I need to get back to the gym, I get a free membership at a local YMCA with my college ID so I have no excuse

An hour at PF this morning - 30 minutes on ARCTrainer with enough resistance and speed to keep HR over 150, the 30 minutes circuit training. One of the last warm days (~80) so I am paddling SUP a few miles a little later this afternoon.

I have started doing 15 minute circuits on TRX at home on "non PF days" and try to do 2-4 of the circuits.

I walked today. Had to cut it a little short, since it started raining.

It's been raining quite a bit here as well lately so I haven't been taking as many outdoor walks

I got around 11,000 steps yesterday. I was a server/busser for a table of 6 when I was volunteering last night and that required walking around a lot for 2 hours.
