Hi! What do you suggest the type of weight loss plan for diabetic and people with gallstones?

We here on PC can't make recommendations regarding medical concerns although, perhaps, other members may have had weight-loss-plan experiences they can share. Beyond that this is something you may want to discuss with your doctor or other medical provider.
