Pigged out for no real reason yesterday; just gave in to a few urges. 156 this morning. Hope to get into the gym for cardio tonight.

I was 148.4 today. I had a small bag of Doritos and a 20oz Mountain Dew at 9:30. Then I had a Toaster Scrambler around 1. Dinner will just be a TV dinner. It will add up to 1,180 calories for the day. I am almost completely sedentary today because of the weather. I am relying pretty much on my TDEE which is about 1600 calories at a sedentary level. So the 1,180 calories is plenty for today.

I should still have a deficit of about 400 calories. Probably a little bit more, I doubt I’ll be below 147 tomorrow, but I can always hope.

I did 2 hours of arc trainer cardio last night. I did eat some snacks when I got home, but likely did not fully hydrate. I weighed 153 this morning. This is a low spike and I don't expect to see it again tomorrow. Maybe in a couple of weeks I can start seeing it consistently.

I have been on 1200 calorie diet for a week now.I have lost an inch from around my waist.I am doing well not feeling hungry,I am eating healthy foods and I feel full and satisfied with smaller portions too.I have stayed off of foods with sugar in them and my blood sugars are down to 133.When I started the diet my blood sugars were 450.

Today I was 146 exactly. So 2.4 pounds less than yesterday. I’m not sure if it’s a low spike or what. I’ve felt like crap lately. So maybe it’s real. I’ve had about 940-980 calories so far today.

I ate more than goal but probably not more than maintenance. But I bet I am 156 in the morning, 3 pounds more than this morning because I was so dehydrated. I guess I will find out...

I had around 1,170 calories today. And I worked today. So I got a good amount of exercise in as well.

I guessed wrong; only bounced back up to 154.4, so rounded it was a pound bounce back up. That's 5 in a row that are 156 or less, so I am gaining some confidence in saying I am getting back into the lower half of my range. I am still kicking around the idea of changing my range to 145-155. That would be a BMI between 22 and 23.6. Or I may just leave it as is - the 150s - and try to stay at or near the bottom. 150 is a BMI of 22.8, which is probably a pretty good spot for me.

I was 146.6. So I went up 6oz. I figured I would go up even though I stuck to a low cal diet yesterday. It’s just how my weight has been going these past couple months.

Today, I had around 970 calories so far. I think I had more than that because the quesadilla I had seemed like it had a lot of cheese. I’m not sure if I’ll eat dinner or not. My guess though is I won’t be below 146 tomorrow.

155 this morning. Not surprised at a little bump - pizza, fried Italian donuts and ice cream last night plus some fruit kind of late. I actually had room in the calorie budget for most of that and a big enough deficit in goal to get away with a few big days. I hope to get to the gym today or tonight for a good cardio session.

Of course I weighed exactly the same as yesterday. 146.6. I knew yesterday, I wouldn’t be below 146. I’m not sure if I’m psyching myself out or if it’s this weather or what. But I’ve been trying to lose this last 11 pounds all year and it’s been so hard.

Today I skipped breakfast and I had my first meal at 12:45. I got carry out from Denny’s and I got a sirloin steak, fries, and steamed zucchini. According to the nutrition info online everything had 775 calories. I’m going to have a cup of homemade chili for dinner which I’ve put at 300 calories.

That adds up to 1,075. I’m going to leave it at that since I’m not sure on the chili.

Rounded up to 156 today. Did an hour of arc trainer yesterday but logged calories and ate them.

I weighed myself at 8:15 this morning, and I was 145.2. For some reason my weight doesn’t really move when I weigh myself at 5:30 in the morning. But I am finally at a normal BMI for the first time since July 2007. So that’s good. Today I had a small glass of chocolate milk and a piece of strawberry cheesecake French toast. I’m not sure on the calories. I’m also not sure what else I’ll be eating today. I haven’t been feeling good lately.

It is much harder than I hoped it would be sticking to the 1200 calories a day,I am managing 1500,making the right food choices is hard too and I have been tempted by the wrong foods though nothing with the forbidden sugar,so far.I am losing weight but slowly.I am trying to decide between a ham and cheese panini or mushroom risotto for dinner tonight, but am unsure which to choose.Either way, after saturday when I am going for a meal at the Mexican restaurant with my niece I am going to try again to get down to 1200 calories a day.At the Mexican I am not going to go mad,I want a calamari starter and a veggie bean burger with sweet potato fries,I will stick to sparkling water for drinks or may allow myself one cocktail.

I do feel lighter so this is an incentive to try harder to lose weight.

@Mountaindewed - Congratulations! I remember how good it felt the first time I was below 25. It's a major accomplishment when you haven't been that weight in a long time.

This morning's weight rounds up to 157. A big spike up from a belly full of salty shrimp Pad Thai for dinner, followed by a couple of Shine bars and a clementine and just water to drink, but I soaked it up. The top of my healthy BMI range is 164 pounds, which is exactly 24.9. I am 23.8 today, but still want to keep my weight closer to a BMI of 23, which is 151 pounds.

Today was not good. I went way overboard. I got in an hour of cardio but I am still too far over. I didn't track well either. Debating whether or not to weigh in the morning. I probably should.

Thanks UpDownAround.

Today was my birthday and my I got coffee and a sandwich. Then my coworker brought in donuts. Then I went out to a 3PM dinner and I had prime rib, fries, and French onion soup along with bread and butter. My calculator says I had about 3,600 calories today.

That’s why I want to get down to 135 which is a BMI of 23.2. I don’t want to be constantly going from a normal BMI to an overweight BMI like I would if I were to maintain at 145 pounds.

@Mountaindewed - same with me. I set my range as the 150s with the intent of staying in the low to mid 150s. But even if I get up in the high 150s and have a spike, I can keep my BMI under 25.

I was 157 this morning. I think my true weight has been around 155 lately, so even if I ate enough to push it up a half pound I think once it settles I will be 157 or less and can start trying to slowly lose into the low 150s again.

surprisingly I was only 147.6 today. I was expecting to be back in the 150’s because of water weight. I’ve had 895 calories so far today. I’m either going to have a lean cuisine or a mini pizza for dinner. But my calories should equal to around 1180-1200.
