I was 157 yet again this morning. I am going to a movie tonight at a dine in theater and they don't have a lot of healthy choices; likely to go over and have a little bump up to 158 or 159 tomorrow and then wear it out at the gym again on Tuesday...

I was 147.8 yesterday. I didn’t weigh myself today. I think I had about 1,250 calories,. I am not feeling the greatest so I didn’t do much today besides sit in front of my TV. So I’m not sure if I burned much of anything. I’ll weigh myself tomorrow though.

Demolishes a whole box of ferrero roche chocolates over the weekend,so there goes the diet again,I am not going to fret about it,just get back on the diet when I am ready.

I was 148.4 today. So more than I was expecting. Today I’ll have around 1,150 calories maybe closer to 1200. But I was pretty active today so I’m hoping to see 147 or so tomorrow.

So I was 158 this morning and today was ugly; some serious stress eating. I was let go at work this morning after over 24 years. The client reduced what they are willing to pay for the team as we are winding down and since I am the most senior and most expensive resource, my company chose me to let go. So I am job hunting at 60.

I will go to the gym tomorrow and burn off stress and bad behavior there.

Worst April Fool's joke ever! It was no joke; I really was let go but the client I am assigned to said replacing me wasn't acceptable and I have been reinstated.

I feel bloated today. And the scale is up. I will try to drink plenty of fluids today and eat more vegetables. I'm really disappointed. I was stress eating too.

I was 146.6 today. My job is stressful as well. There’s these funny YouTube videos of a coworker making there way around my workplace and I don’t want to get in trouble. A coworker just texted me a bunch of them right now. I had 2oz of chicken and a protein shake in the past 24 hours.

OMAD doesn’t work for me because I always eat way under my 1200 calorie goal and I always end up with a bad stomach ache. I had a protein shake and a Mountain Dew today but my first actual meal was at 2 and I had 3 pieces of caulipower pizza and now I’m way too full and 285 calories under 1200. I think it’s too dangerous for me.

I came off my diet since my birthday on 23rd March.I am getting weighed tomorrow(3rd April 2019) so we will see what the damage is and I will update here then.Last time I weighed I was 133kg.

I was 147 today. Every time I eat that caulipower pizza I gain a few oz. despite the fact I ate less than 1,100 calories yesterday. Today I had around 810 calories so far. I had a bag of beef jerky though. Despite the bag having less than 240 calories it had a lot of sodium. So I’m wondering about water weight gain. I’ll see when I weigh myself tomorrow.

I saw the diabetic nurse today and she weighed me,I explained it was my birthday and the diet got ruined and I am in the middle of a cancer scare,she said it's understandable that I went off my diet for a while.The bottom line is I gained two kilograms,so it's bad cos I gained,but not as bad as it could have been.I can lose that and more by the time of my next visit in a month.So all is not lost.

I lost the extra weight I had gained. It was probably water weight. I seem to be back on track now. I've been making sure to get my vegetables. I see my GP tomorrow. I think I've lost 10 lbs since my last visit. So I feel pretty good about that. She's offered me diet pills but I can't take them cause my insurance won't cover them. There's an injectable that seems promising but again I'm sure it's not covered. So far I seem to be doing Okay though.

My GP appointment went well. They said I lost 12 pounds since the last visit. I'm happy about that. It's about 4 pounds a month. My doctor started me on a new diabetic med. It supposed to help with weight loss. Yay! Hope everyone is doing well!

I was at 150 today. I didn’t eat great today. But if I can stay at 147-152 that’s good enough for me.

My new med makes me feel full fast and less hungry throughout the day. I only ate half of my lunch today. When dinner came around I only ate so I could take my night time med. I wasn't hungry. I'm pleased so far.
