Thanks! Today is cold and rainy out, but I will still try to walk. My leg muscle on my injured side is weak, and I want to build up the strength again. So it's really important to me. My goal is to get to the point where I can walk all the way around the block.

159.2 today. I had 1,280 calories not a ton of sodium, not a lot of liquids, and did a lot of errands and worked for a bit. So I moved around a ton. I want to get to 156 by Thursday just because I’m self conscious about seeing my family and 156 is what I was the last time most of these people have seen me and about 14 pound less since other people have seen me.

I lost a couple of pounds. I'm really happy about that. I ate well today. But I didn't have time to walk. Maybe tomorrow.

158.4 today. Although I just weighed myself a couple minutes ago and I was 159 exactly. And I know you weigh a few pounds more at night. So I’m probably more like 157 or something. Today I had about 1,255 calories. A bit heavy on the sodium. I didn’t run any errands but I did work and go to therapy so I did move around. When I just look down I feel like I look ok but when I look in the mirror I’m like “whoa, I still need to lose massively”

Since it's Thanksgiving almost, I'm trying not to worry too much about what I eat. Yesterday I had yummy Hawaiian rolls and some pumpkin pie. Today I will try to walk.

I am not managing to eat less calories than I would like, I want to stick to 1300 calories a day but I am averaging 1500.Not low enough, but I checked how many calories I need to eat to lose weight. At my size 313 pounds to maintain my weight I googled it and it says to stay the same weight I need to eat 2400 calories a day and to lose a pound a week I can eat 1900 calories and to lose weight quickly reduce to 1600,so I should still lose at 1500 and I would need to eat a lot more calories to stay the same weight.
I will find out how much weight I have lost when I see the diabetic nurse again on 4 December. I get really depressed about my weight and how big I am. I am sticking at this diet I am determined to lose the weight and make this a lifestyle change where I only eat healthy foods and don't eat sugar or junk food. I know from experience I get ill if I don't eat healthy food. |

I have family staying in the room with the bathroom where the scale is. So I don’t think I can weigh myself until Sunday at the earliest. I’ve had 1,000 calories so far today and then dinner is going to be 240 calories. My plan for tomorrow is to just eat a couple sugar free puddings during the day and then just have one medium size plate of food at dinner and a small slice of pumpkin pie for dessert.

I was just reading on Facebook how to avoid overeating on Thanksgiving and it says not to skip meals and then just choose your 3 favorite foods at your dinner. I usually have good self control as it is but tomorrow I guess I’ll eat the pudding for breakfast, ramen for lunch, and then a couple pieces of turkey, some taffy apple salad, and a little bit of mashed potatoes for dinner. And a very small piece of pie for dessert.

I ate fairly well today. I didn't have pie. I just wasn't in the mood for it. I guess that is good. But I did eat Hawaiian rolls.

I love the loafs of Hawaiian bread. I used to love just taking huge hunks out them. Way better then the rolls. I’m Not sure they make them anymore though.
Today I’ve had about 1,250 calories. A Thanksgiving record. I did have some turkey so not all was lost. My mom is bringing me a plate home since I skipped out on dinner. But I am tired and in bed and didn’t feel like waiting so I had ramen instead. I’ll eat the plate of stuff tomorrow. __________________ I'm Blue |

I ate a big breakfast today but had a light lunch. I feel much better now. Will snack for the rest of the day. I'm afraid to step on the scale. It's the holidays anyway.

I weighed myself this morning after a slice of pie and a soda and I was 157.2. I’m slightly annoyed that I don’t weigh less but that’s 2 pounds since I last weighed myself and I did eat right before. Today my calories equaled to around 1,280 or something. Maybe 1,190. I didn’t weigh the turkey I had for dinner and half of it went to the cat anyways.

I can tell by looking in the mirror that my stomach is a little bit bigger. Also, it's harder to walk. So I guess I gained some weight. It doesn't take much for me to put on pounds. I'm frustrated. This weekend I have lots of snacks. I'm going to eat them. It's a holiday! I guess I can do more housework for exercise. Try to get 3k steps in.

So I found out at 313 pounds to maintain my weight I need to eat 2400 calories and to lose eat 1900 and to lose weight quickly 1600 and I am averaging 1600 some days less 1300,and I know I lose weight cos my tummy is shrinking. So that is good. I will find out how much I've lost next Wednesday when I visit the diabetic nurse, she will weigh me.
Next year 9th January 2020 I am starting a weight management course, where for 12 weeks we will be taught how to eat to lose weight and the psychology of eating. |

I haven’t weighed myself yet. Today I went to McDonald’s and I got a plain filet o fish at 270 calories, a 10 piece McNugget at 420 calories, and a small fry at 220 calories. I also had a piece of cheese at 80 calories. So far everything I had today was 990 calories. I have 380 calories left for the day and I’m not sure what else I’ll be eating. I’m pretty full right now. I did a lot of errands today so I moved around a lot.

I've been eating low carb today. I feel better. I may just throw away the Hawaiian bread. I don't want anymore. It makes me feel awful.
